Prior to founding Leader&Team, I spent 19 years leading growth companies in London and Stockholm. Two were successfully acquired, but I left both believing they could have achieved more.That question stayed with me. It led me to complete an MSc in the Psychology of Coaching and Behaviour Change at Henley Business School, researching what I had come to believe was the critical factor: the team at the top.I founded Leader&Team in 2018 because I became convinced that building a real team at the top of a company dramatically improves what that company can achieve.Over the past nine years I've been developing a better way for leadership teams to improve.FORGE draws on the applied psychology of groups and teams, the practices of elite teams in sport and special forces, and the experience of every leadership team that has improved through FORGE.
