I rate Ben 10 out of 10 for a number of reasons, including the following:
He is experienced and knows what he is talking about;
He ‘gets’ people;
He can get to the heart of the matter with just a few considered, targeted questions;
He is a great sounding board/listener;
He always gives perspective that is beneficial to the particular issue/challenge at hand;
He is a very decent human being.
