Thought it was a very well planned session, and felt like we had a better understanding of the current issues we are facing, excited to have agreed something tangible to work on and make change. You steered the session well, gave some time to discuss but pulled it back nicely went we went off-piste.

Better conversations within the team, but I still feel we all need to be a little more open and honest with each other, some people are still very reserved – def a long way to go be a stronger, more united leadership team – but it feels like we finally have started this journey. I really enjoyed the session.
